This wine comes from the youngest vineyards on the estate, which bring out the fruit and freshness of Tuscan Sangiovese.
Tuffaceous soil that contribute to the ripe bunches of grapes that are rich in flavour and fruity aromas.
80% Sangiovese and 20% Merlot.
Soft pressing, fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel vats at 25°-26°C with pumping over, maceration on the skins for 8-12 days.
In big barrels and stainless steel vats until bottling where they age for several weeks in the bottle.
This wine best expresses its qualities up to two years after the harvest.
